All Hostao L.L.C employees, including full-time and part-time staff, are eligible to participate in the hybrid workplace model. The eligibility for remote work may vary based on job roles and business requirements. Discuss your preferred hybrid work arrangement with your manager.

3. Hybrid Work Arrangements:

Employees may select one of the following hybrid work arrangements:
– Full-time in the office
– Part-time in the office and part-time remotely
– Full-time remote (subject to management approval)

4. Responsibilities:

– Team Collaboration: All employees are expected to attend team meetings, participate in collaborative projects, and maintain effective communication, regardless of their work arrangement.
– Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with colleagues, supervisors, and team members, whether working in the office or remotely.
– Data Security: Adhere to company data security and privacy policies, taking measures to protect company data, whether in the office or remotely.

5. Office Requirements:

Employees working in the office must adhere to the following requirements:
– Arrive punctually during regular office hours.
– Follow office safety and health guidelines, including sanitation protocols.
– Use office resources and equipment responsibly.

6. Remote Work Requirements:

Employees working remotely must adhere to the following requirements:
– Maintain a dedicated and safe workspace in accordance with local laws and ergonomic standards.
– Ensure a reliable and secure internet connection for work-related tasks.
– Be available during regular working hours for meetings, collaboration, and communication.

7. Equipment and Technology:

Hostao L.L.C will provide necessary equipment and technology to employees working both in the office and remotely. Employees are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of these resources.

8. Employee Support:

We offer support for employees in hybrid work arrangements, including access to mental health resources, ergonomic assessments, and technical support.

9. Performance and Evaluation:

Performance evaluations will be based on job responsibilities and contributions, regardless of work location. Managers will assess employees based on their outcomes, productivity, and adherence to company policies.

10. Policy Review:

Hostao L.L.C will periodically review and update this policy to ensure it aligns with the evolving needs and goals of the company.

11. Confidentiality:

Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality, whether working in the office or remotely, and protect sensitive company and client information.
