Overselling Enabled Reseller Hosting
When overselling is enabled, we consider the total amount of disk space and bandwidth being used by all your accounts, rather than each account individually. This feature is available for all reseller accounts, and you can also create unlimited hosting plans using your WHM interface.
Overselling Disabled Reseller Account
Suppose you have a reseller account with 1GB of space and 20GB of transfer. If you choose to offer plans with 1GB of space and 10GB of transfer to your customers, you can only create two plans. This means that even if your customers are not utilizing all the space or bandwidth allocated to them, you cannot create additional accounts because all of your disk space and bandwidth have already been allocated to the two customers.
Overselling Enabled Reseller Account
Suppose you have a reseller account with 1GB of space and 2GB of transfer, and overselling is enabled. In this case, you can create an unlimited number of accounts of any size without any restrictions. The only limitation is the actual resource usage by all your clients combined. As long as the total usage of space and bandwidth by all your clients remains under 1GB and 20GB, respectively, you can continue adding more accounts without any issues.

If you have an Overselling Disabled Reseller Account, you can only create a very limited number of client accounts.
