Hostao sells digital infrastructure services such as web hosting, domain registration, WordPress hosting, SSL setup, email services, and related support. These services are delivered electronically. No physical shipment, courier delivery, or postal shipping is involved unless a written custom agreement specifically says otherwise.
Digital delivery
Hosting and account services are provisioned through Hostao systems and customer control panels after order validation, payment confirmation, fraud checks, and any required domain or identity verification. Login details, service status, and support updates are delivered through the customer portal, registered email address, and official Hostao support channels.
Typical delivery time
Standard hosting services are usually activated shortly after successful payment and automated checks. Some services, including domain registrations, transfers, SSL validation, migration work, security review, or manual setup, may require additional verification and can take longer depending on registry, certificate authority, payment, or customer-provided information.
Countries and availability
Hostao serves customers in supported countries through online delivery. Product availability, pricing, taxes, payment options, and support scope may vary by country, billing cycle, domain extension, server location, and the active terms shown during checkout.
Failed or delayed delivery
If a service cannot be activated because of payment failure, incorrect customer details, unavailable domain name, policy restrictions, missing verification, or technical review, Hostao will contact the customer using the order email or support channel. Customers can also contact support from the customer portal or the public contact page.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, billing cycle, usage, registry or vendor restrictions, and the active Hostao refund terms. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, third-party licenses, and custom/manual work may be non-refundable once processed. Review the Refund Policy and Terms of Service before ordering.
